Scope of Works
- Strip topsoil; excavate 500mm below pavement FSL and import select fill
- Bed and thermal-sand backfill to earthing trenches
- Bored pier footings, pile caps and pad footings — form, reinforce and pour
- Prime and asphalt a 1.8m × 13m section; supply and spread 100mm of 20mm gravel
- 40m of 2.1m chainmesh security fencing and mowing strip works
